EAPP for life

The EAPP is the most challenging but in this subject you will learned everything

English for Academic and Professio-nal Purposes for short EAPP,one of the most
challenging subject that we are experiencing this year in Grade 11. I feel anxious when the class
hour of EAPP comes. I don’t know what I’m going to do. I’m not the type of student that active
on class hours, who raising hand when already knew the answer, who participating on
recitations.

I have difficulties regarding on creating an essay,poem,speech that is written in English.

But I can still manage myself because I’m not the kind of person who justsurrenders easily upon
the challenges that came to their life.Critical thinking is one of the essence of this subject,we
use critical thinking for we better under-stand and think clearly and peacefully the topics we
may encounter for the whole chapter of this subject.

When it comes to our teacher in EAPP , she’s a good English Teacher for us.She knows
how to interact with the students,she is one of the kind teachers.When we have an activity and
it should be present infront of the clads, my heart beating fast when our teacher random calling
names to present their works.The first activity that we have is to create a timeline that
composed of 10 dates or years that is the most memorable to you,second activity is a family
tree and also right a little description for every person in your Family Tree.

When it comes to the concept of EAPP, there’s a topic that entitled “Structures of
Academic Purposes” it composed of 3 structures the Argumentative Structure that persuading
the reader to accept an opinion or a new truth ; a Problem-solution structure that presents an
arguments and attempts the reader that the solutions presented can be used successfully by
something ; and Report Structure that may be biased if the facts are not presented.In this case,
if you’re going to writea speech or essay you need to any of these structures for easily presents
successfully the speech/essay that your doing.

It continues the topic by the Writer’s Purpose and Perspective, the Vocabulary words,
text structures,types of Academic Texts,Reading Outline,Summary Writing,Thesis Statement
and Paraphrasing.I have learned a lot by this subject which is very invaluable. I’m starting to
love English subject without any doubts. Other students said that they hate English Subject
because it’s hard for them to speak in English.But all of your difficulties can be learn by don’t
hate it, just do it and let yourself enjoy until you also love the things you hate once. Everything
can be learned happily as long as you have patience and perseverance to go through.
