Story [No Title]

"Help! Beth you have to do it you have no choice.." Henry cried as blood was pouring out from
his arm. "Beth hurry he's coming!" Henry pointed to a black figure and edged himself up into a
corner.
"I'm sorry Henry I can't.. I just can't." Beth said as she started crying.
"Beth! What have you do--" Henry cried but stopped short.
"HENRY!" Beth cried as she saw her friend being ripped into a thousand pieces.
Tears poured out of Beth's eyes as she was kneeling on the ground, completely mortified. She
looked around for the figure, which she didn't see, and ran towards her home.
"Beth... Come..” The mysterious voice said. 
"NO! I'm never listening to you again!" Beth cried even harder as she spoke those words.
"You're a monster..." 
"As you... Wish... Beth... " The mysterious voice said.
As Beth reached her house, she found it in flames. "Mom.. Dad.." Beth wiped her tears and
kneeled down on the grass.
"You are next Beth... Beth.... Beth..... " The mysterious voice said laughing
histarically.
Beth woke up finding her mother hovering over her.
"Beth! Honey are you okay? Were you having that same dream again?" Her mother asked.
"Yes mom.. It just won't seem to go away. Every night for the past..well since I was born..I've
had that dream and it hasn't stopped yet."
"I know how much the dream scares you hun, but you have to start hanging around people more
often. And you can't avoid your brother and father just because they die in your dream. You need
to talk to them.. And to me.. We miss you Beth." Beth's mother explained.
"Yeah but mom I've had this dream all my life.. It's going to come true.." Beth wiped her eyes as
if she were beginning to cry.
"Then let it." Her brother said as he walked in. "I'm not afraid to die, are you mom?"
"Maybe just a little bit, but that's only because I'm scared of what people will do with my dead
body." She giggled.
"Really mom?!" Beth laughed.
"Yeah, some people will really disrespect the dead!" She smiled. "And my ghost will haunt you
if you do!"
"Oh stop it mom.." Beth rolled her eyes.
"So you'll go out and try to talk more?" Her mother asked.
"I guess so.." Beth sighed.

"I can't believe you thought of this, what a great idea!"

"Anything for you Beth. "
"Tea time in the park all while it's snowing!"
"I knew you'd love it Beth. "
"BETH! What do you think you're doing!? You're going to catch a cold out here, get inside
NOW!"
"Bu-"
"Come now, hurry, you must be freezing!"
"Mom!"
"She's not listening Beth, lets do something.. "
"No..okay mom"
"She's wrong Beth.. "

"Make sure to talk to at least one person today. Okay Sweetie?" Beth's mother gave Beth her
backpack.
"Yes mom.." Beth wrapped her backpack around her back and headed off towards school. Her
school was less than a half mile away, so Beth could easily get there on time, even when she
accidentally overslept.
When Beth got to school, she went out to the playground and sat down for a bit, skipping her
first class which was P.E. She never understood why the teachers agreed to have a class like that
so early in the day, especially assuming that most kids ate breakfast.
"Let's see what mom packed for lunch." Beth said, opening her lunchbox.
"Cheese and crackers. Yum... " A voice said.
"And some leftover Mac and Cheese!" Beth smiled.
"My favorite Beth... " The voice said.
"You know.. You seem friendly. When will you finally show your face?" Beth asked the voice.
"I do not have one.. " The voice calmly whispered to Beth as the wind blew in her face.
"You must have a name" Beth persisted.
"I am but a sound my dear. " The voice did a faint whistle and the wind blew, forming a
leaf-like man that sat next to Beth. "My powers are near infinite though. " The voice
made the leaf man hold Beth's hand.
"So just turn yourself into a human." Beth smiled.
"I said near infinite... There are still some things I cannot do, and that is
one. " The wind blew again, destroying the leaf man and blowing the leaves in different
directions.
"But where did you--"
"BETH?!" Beth's principal shouted, cutting her off. "Beth what are you doing out here?! You
know it's against school policy to be out here alone! AND skipping class. I'll have to call your
parents. Just get to class." 
"Yes Ma'am." Beth replied as she walked in the school.
The school bells rang and Beth headed towards her second class, Literature.
"Ah, Beth, there you are!" a frowning kid walked towards Beth and smiled.
"Here for your homework Andrew?" Beth asked the kid.
"Oh it's a bit too late for that Beth. You see, my math class was first period." Andrew pushed
Beth to the floor.
"I'll do it next time.." Beth wiped her mouth.
"Yeah. Sure. Don't forget my lunch." Andrew left and went to find his seat just as the teacher
arrived.
"OK everyone, what did we learn about last class?" The teacher asked then looked down at Beth,
who was still on the floor.
"Beth, what did we learn?"
Beth stood up and replied in a faintly manner "Nouns.."
"Well what about them?" asked the teacher.
"Uhhmm.." Beth said, spacing out.
Andrew rose his hand and gave a reply, "We learned their proper usage and where they belong in
a sentence like for example, BETH does not belong in this CLASS."
"Now Andrew.." Replied the teacher, "even though that IS the correct usage, we should not make
fun of classmates."
"Yes Ma'am" Andrew frowned at Beth.
"Now Beth, why don't you take a cool down in the principal’s office. It looks to me like you need
some extra studying there. I'm sure Mr. Owen could help."
"Ok.." Beth said, already knowing that this would be the outcome.

"Beth.... "
"What?"
"Lets play Beth.... "
"What do you wanna play?"
"Lets play hide and seek Beth... "
"Okay that sounds fun!"
"You hide Beth I'll find you... "
"Okay"
"One...two...three...four...five...six...seven...eight...nine...ten....Beth?!
BETH WHERE DID YOU GO?! "
"....."
"BETH WHERE ARE YOU?!???! BETH????! "
"um.."
"BEEETH I FOUND YOU! "
"What.. What did you.. Do..."
"Oh don't worry about that Beth "
"You..killed..him..."
"Beth! He was only going to be in the way of our game! I couldn't find you so
I had to make the area more clear Beth... "
"NO.. You killed him!! LEAVE ME ALONE!"
"Beth.. "
"GO AWAY"
