    Pure Configuration Details

    Single Sign-on for Pure


    Your single-sign-on attribute MUST be included in "username" field (Column C) on "Persons" tab in
    customer's Excel master list or XML master data. Pure supports multiple SSO mechanisms, e.g.
    LDAP/Active Directory, Shibboleth, SAML2. Discuss with your Implementation Manager to set up
    SSO for your Pure instance.

    Additional Details:

    1. All users must have a user identifier in the username column in the master list which matches
    the attribute provided through your identity provider.

    2. All users must have a valid e-mail address in the master list.

    3. It is recommended that you provide credentials for at least one temporary test user for
    debugging/ troubleshooting.

    4. For Shibboleth, provide a specific SAML attribute that holds the user identifier:
    eduPersonPrincipalName
