    I, Chandrakant Baban Khomne S/o Mr. Baban Khomne Citizen of India hereby declare as
    under:

    1) That I am the legal owner of the property situated at c/o Chandrakant Khomne,
    Mauli Krupa Niwas, Jay Malhar Road, near Pirsaheb dargah Uruli Kanchan
    412202.

    2) That I had given the Light bill as my proof for being the owner of this property
    and also the NOC to use the Above Address by the Proposed Company M/s
    SANJEEVANI JANA NIDHI LIMITED as its Registered Office.

    3) I also declare that as the Company is not yet Incorporated the Rent Agreement or
    Lease Deed is not executed and also legally it cannot be executed and hence the
    NOC is granted to use the Premises.

    4) I hereby state that all the above points mentioned are true and correct.
