RESPECTFULLY SHEWETH:

1. That the titled petition is pending adjudication before this Honourable

Court since 2014 wherein the Applicant/Petitioner seek kind indulgence

of this Honourable Court to direct the Revenue Board to make

arrangements to promote the Applicant/Petitioner to the post of Inland

Revenue Officer, BS-16, currently which are being occupied by their

Junior Workers on OPS.

2. That the latest development in this regard is that a regular promotion

board was conducted and certain Inspector Inland Revenue were

promoted to the post of Inland Revenue Officer, BS-16 and the

Applicant/Petitioner No.3 was not promoted due to a reason that the

seats were already filled up by Inspector Inland Revenue working on

OPS; thus , the Applicant/Petitioner No.6 remained unsuccessful to get

his earned promotion just short of two no's. The seniority list as well as

the recent notification of promotion and the notification of the

retirement are hereby attached as ANNEX-H, H/1 & H/2.

 On the basis of above mentioned

submissions, it is most respectfully prayed

that the attached documents i.e. the seniority

list, notification dated 02/9/2016 and the

notification of retirement may very kindly be

allowed to be placed on record and the titled

petition may very kindly be fixed far an early

date for its disposal.

Any other relief which this

Honourable Court deems equitable, just,

proper and fit, in addition to the relied

prayed for, may also be kindly granted.
