COMES NOW, the undersigned collaborating counsel for the Plaintiffs and to this
Honorable Court, most respectfully manifest that:

That, the Honorable Court in an order had set the Pre-trial on ____ at 2:00 o’clock

However, on said date, ______, lead counsel for the Plaintiffs could not attend
the hearing on the ground that such date is coincides with his travel at
