MOTION TO REDUCE BAIL

Honorable Court, most respectfully state THAT:

1. They are presently detained at the ________________ by

reason of the above-entitled case and the recommended bail
for their provisional liberty is Php_______ each;

2. Much as they wanted to avail of their constitutional right to bail,

they could not do so due to financial incapability and the
recommended bail is too much for them to afford. They do not
own any property, real or personal, of substantial value to
secure the recommended bail;

3. Herein attached is the Certification from the Municipal Trial
