TRANSFER CUSTODY OF THE CICL

COMES NOW, the accused ______________, through the

undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully states
THAT:

1. The accused ____________ is currently detained at the

2. On ___________, the undersigned counsel conducted an e-jail
visitation wherein she found out that the accused is a fourteen (14)
year old minor;
3. Attached herewith is the copy of the Certificate of Live Birth of
________________ issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority
reflecting his date of birth as ______________. Original copy of
which will be presented before the Honorable Court on the next
scheduled hearing on _______________;
4. The undersigned is praying that an Order be issued to transfer the
custody of the said minor/ child-in-conflict with the law to the
appropriate facility in accordance with the provisions of Republic
Act No. 93441 as amended by Republic Act No. 10630.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed unto the

Honorable Court that this Manifestation be noted and an Order for the
transfer of detention of the accused ______________ be issued. Other reliefs
