After 60hrs temperature rise has reached maximum value since there is no more heat
generation. The amount of heat generated has depended on the cement content and use of fly
ash.

3.6 Semi adiabatic graphs from literature

In literature, (Wasala and Yapa, 2017) has conducted similar semi adiabatic tests for different
concrete strength classes and different fly ash contents using readily available Ordinary
Portland Cement SLS 107:2008. So using that data and obtaining adiabatic curves and use
them to expand the range of this thesis.

Below reference curves in figure 3.7 shows semi-adiabatic temperature measurements in

literature and table tabulates properties of the samples from literature.
