All tools, tackles & vehicles'etc are arranged by you & no extra payment shall be made for any kind of temporary works. 12, In case of repetition of works or rework due to non-execution of work as per MORT&H & IRC, it will be your responsibility to rectify the same at your own cost up to the satisfaction of supervising authority. Payment will be made only after approval of the particular work in all respects as per specifications. 13. Providing of all required resources and manpower for the said works will be purely 14, All material that will be used in the project shall confirm the requirements as per technical specifications of MORT&H & IRC. % 15, All your plants, material, labours staff etc. shall be insured with any of the insurance ‘as approved by the Govt. 16, You will manage and arrange to fulfill all safety compliances strictly. No any extra payment will be made for the same: 17, Measurements & payments: Measurements for completed works as certified by the Project Manager will qualify for payment. No measurements of work in progress will be paid payment for certified bills based on certified measurements will be made within a week after submission of bills. Necessary recoveries and deductions on account of advance, TDS as applicable or any others dues willbe made from your bill. In case of = discrepancy in any work due to poor workmanship, the affected item will not be considered for billing. 18. Escalation: Price quoted and accepted by you shall remain firm for the entire duration of the contract and no price variation / escalation will be payable. Page 2 of 319, After completion of the work in a particular stretch on a particular day you should clear site of all debris, unused material plant, machinery and‘tools -tackles etc. 20. You are required to comply with all prevailing statutory provisions, enforced in respect of all employees on the project labours, labour laws, minimum wages Act 1948, Clause 1970 insurances, payment of wages act 1936, Provisions of mines Act. W.C. Act, insurances etc. In any case you will have to comply with all statutory rules and regulation prevailing at any time. We shall be indemnified for the same at all the times during or after the completion of the Project. Employment of any person below 18 years of age is not allowed. 21. You have to provide E.P.F A/c. No. for Mumbai/Thane jurisdiction as per EPF act 1952. 22, Any disputed matter will be settling Mumbai jurisdiction only. 23.Necessary arrangement for accommodation for’ your manpower and labour is to be arranged by you at your cost. Provision of basic amenities in the labour camp, maintaining general and environmental cleanliness: and hygiene will be your respon . Required security and control of labour will. be your responsibility. If possible we will provide free accommodation to labour. 24.Quantity or stretch of work that will be allotted to you will totally depend upon your actual demonstration at site, achieving set targets working with quality etc. 251f itis found that due to one or other reasons you are continuously failing in achieving the set targets in terms of quantity and quality or maintaining safety precautions on site, then the contract will be terminated without any prior notice.
