System Program report provides a general overview of network status. This report is divided in
3GPP KPI groups: Accessibility, Retainability, Usage, Mobility and Integrity.

RSLTE001 - System Program (cell level)


System Program report provides a general overview of network status at cell level.
This report is divided in 3gpp KPI groups: Accessibility, Retainability, Usage, Mobility and
Integrity.

This report provides a status of the access network and failure causes for the non-

RSLTE004 - Network Access - Service Access and RRC


This report is designed to show Service Request performance, paging requests and success,
and RACH success ratio. There is still a group available to monitor UE RRC states and
discarded pagings.

X2 interface report is divided in two groups: Control plane data and User plane data. For
control plane group is reported the incoming/outgoing signalling data volume/rate and total x2
signalling data balancing rate. For user plane group is reported the incoming/outgoing user
plane data volume/rate and total x2 user plane data balancing rate.

RSLTE007 - IP interface traffic


This report is designed to show IP interface traffic volumes analysis.

RSLTE032 - IP interface traffic and QoS classes PHB


This report is designed to show IP interface traffic volumes analysis.
The report is divided in six groups:
- total data volume, rate and dropped;
- outbound data volume per hop behavior (from class 4 to best effort);
- inbound data volume per hop behavior (from class 4 to best effort);

This report presents Ethernet link data volume and rate. Inbound and Outbound valid Ethernet
frames volume KPIs are available and average Inbound/Outbound Ethernet frames data rate.

RSLTE033 - VLAN analysis per QoS class


This report shows VLAN performance of traffic per hope behavior. The report is sub-divided in
the following groups:
- total volume for vlan;
- total outbound data volume per hope behavior (from class 4 to best effort);
- total inbound data volume per hope behavior (from class 4 to best effort);
- received vlan interface packets per hope behavior (from class 4 to best effort);

Within this report it is possible to analyze transmissions in PUSCH and PDSCH using high/low
MCS. It is also available the percentage of DL/UL traffic volume using high/low MCS.

RSLTE011 - Percentage of transmissions per MCS


This report is designed to show detailed percentage of transmissions per each MCS (MCS0 ->
MCS28). The report is divided in the following groups:
- Percentage of transmissions per MCS on PUSCH;
- Percentage of transmissions per MCS on PDSCH.

RSLTE028 - Data Volume per MCS


This report presents data volume per MCS.
The report is sub-divided into the following groups:
-MAC PDU volume on PDSCH per MCS;
-Percentage of DL Traffic per MCS;
-MAC PDU volume on PUSCH per MCS;
-Percentage of UL Traffic per MCS.

RSLTE039 - NACK MCS Time Division


This reports shows the performance of MCS NACK distribution specifically for Time Division.

RSLTE042 - Unsuccessful Transmissions per MCS


This report shows the unsuccessful transmissions per MCS for downlink and uplink.

RSLTE046 - NACKs using MCSx


This report shows the unacknowledgment transmissions on PDSCH using MCSx.

RSLTE034 - IP Packet integrity
This report provides an overview of ESP packets encryption success rate, dropped and
discarded packets due to rate limiting or filter violations.

RSLTE035 - Packet delay


This report provides an overview of packets delay.

RSLTE014 - Congestion per QoS classes for IP PHB


Congestion analysis report shows dropped packets and volume for IP per hope behavior class
(from class 4 to best effort).
This report is divided in the following groups:
- Percentage of IP packets PHB to send Drop Rate due to congestion;
- IP PHB to send Data Volume lost due to congestion.

RSLTE036 - Congestion per QoS classes per VLAN


Congestion analysis report shows dropped packets and volume per VLAN per hope behavior
class (from class 4 to best effort).
This report is divided in the following groups:
- Percentage of packets, per VLAN, PHB to send Drop Rate due to congestion;
- Data Volume lost, per VLAN, PHB to send due to congestion.

RSLTE015 - IPsec packets


This report presents IPSec performance. Ingress ESP packets decryption success rate and
bypassed ESP packets in egress and ingress direction are available.

RSLTE051 - Discarded PDCP SDUs


This report provides an overview of the discarded PDCP SDUs.

RSLTE016 - Throughput at PDCP level and per QoS class


Throughput report shows Minimum, Maximum and Average PDCP throughput for UL and DL.
It also provides the throughput per QoS class indicator per cell and average per user.

RSLTE017 - Physical Resource Block utilization


This reports provides a status how Physical Resources blocks are being used in the network.
The following groups are available:
- DL PRB Analysis per TTI per EU
- DL PRB Analysis per TTI level (level 1 -> 10)
- UL PRB Analysis per EU
- UL PRB Analysis per TTI level (level 1 -> 10)

RSLTE018 - RLC, SDU, RRC, analysis


This report starts to provide data volume on RLC SDU level for BCCH, PCCH, DCCH and
CCCH channels. Then, a second group of the report shows total RLC PDU/SDU volume on
eUu (received, transmitted, PDCP, RRC, DTCH and SCH) and a third one shows total MAC
SDU volume per channel.

RSLTE019 - Power
This report shows performance analysis for power in the network. The following groups are
covered:
-UE Power HeadRoom for PUSCH per level;

RSLTE020 - MIMO and OFDM


MIMO report presents metrics for Open Loop Diversity and Spatial Multiplexing mode, Closed
Loop Double Codeword mode and finally Open and Closed MIMO mode switches.

RSLTE026 - Active users at eNB


MIMO report presents metrics for Open Loop Diversity and Spatial Multiplexing mode, Closed
Loop Double Codeword mode and finally Open and Closed MIMO mode switches.

RSLTE027 - Active users (cell level)


This report presents the average, maximum and minimum active users (cell level).

RSLTE052 - VoLTE
This report provides information to monitor traffic load and VoLTE service quality.

RSLTE053 - Public warning system


This report provides information regarding the broadcasting of warning messages in support of
the Public Warning System (PWS) messages as defined in 3GPPTS22.268 which include
Commercial Mobile Warning System (CMAS) and Earthquake and Tsunami Warning System
(ETWS) messages.

RSLTE054 - Capacity
This report includes the most significant KPIs used for capacity analysis and capacity
forecasting.

Report Subset: Signal Quality

RSLTE022 - CQI
This report provides a detailed analysis on CQI. CQI and Radio Quality (estimation of Good,
Bad and Acceptable radio quality and CQI variation) KPIs are presented. UE reported CQI per
level is also available.

RSLTE029 - SINR for PUCCH


This report presents the analysis for total level with the estimation, for PUCCH, Good, Bad and
Acceptable SINR and minimum, maximum average RSSI level in dBm. A second group of the
report presents the SINR on PUCCH per level.

RSLTE023 - RSSI for PUCCH


This report presents the analysis for total level with the estimation, for PUCCH, of Good, Bad
and Acceptable RSSI and minimum, maximum average RSSI level in dBm. A second group of
the report presents the RSSI on PUCCH per level.

RSLTE024 - RSSI for PUSCH


This report presents the analysis for total level with the estimation, for PUSCH, of Good, Bad
and Acceptable RSSI and minimum, maximum average RSSI level in dBm. A second group of
the report presents the RSSI on PUSCH per level.

RSLTE025 - SINR for PUSCH


This report presents the analysis for total level with the estimation, for PUSCH, of Good, Bad

This chapter describes the changes in the NSN LTE RL60/RL45TD report set considering
the OSS5.x to NetAct8 EP1 migration scenario.

2.1 Overview

also includes the release upgrade from RL50/RL35TD to RL60/RL45TD.

On NetAct8 EP1 platform, the Configuration Management (CM) data is not accessible to Performance
Management tools.
