Re: Anti-Graft Document

Dear Sir / Madam:

It has been a pleasure doing business with you and we hope to nurture our mutual beneficial relationship to last over
years to come. In line with TLDC’s Code of Ethics and part of our annual update of supplier records, we would like you
to sign the ANTI-GRAFT document prohibiting the giving of gratuities and commissions. It is our steadfast belief that
we look upon our suppliers as support stakeholders in the pursuit of our mission to give better quality, cost, delivery
time and safety to our customers. That being so, we strongly discourage any form of corruption by giving commissions,
rebates, or gifts either in cash or kind to all the employees influencing procurement in any way.

Instead, such commissions and gratuities must be given to TLDC as discounts or end of period rebates. Such
discounts shall be reflected in quotations and invoices as discounts or rebates to TLDC.

Please accomplish the attached form as a renewed manifestation of your support. We appreciate your support as
TLDC’s partner moving forward as we face the challenges and opportunities ahead.

I am the President of the company as such, I am authorized to sign and execute this Affidavit and

employees or officers is asking or soliciting any forms of commissions, rebates, or gifts in cash or kind in
exchange of favors to be given to the Company or any of its officers and employees;

Should our company grant commissions or gratuities as part of our marketing policy, this shall be given
directly to TLDC and/or any of its subsidiary or affiliate companies as discounts or end of product rebates which
shall be reflected in the quotation or invoices;
