DEED OF UNDERTAKING

I, ERIC REYES, of legal age and under oath hereby declare the following:

1. Sometime in the month of October 2011, Manny Cabili introduced me

to Roland to G. Francisco (RGF) of World Reliance Trading
Corporation;
 
2. In the course of having been introduced to RGF, I took the liberty to
invite him in doing business thru the use of his bank account with
Banco De Oro;

3. I explained to RGF that said business transaction is legal with the

assurance that it is not contrary to law, public policy, good customs,
and moral and would not prejudice any person;

4. After explaining the nature of business, RGF allowed me to use his

bank account with BDO Account No. ___________________________;

5. Since the transactions had emanated through the above-mentioned

bank account, I have instructed withdrawal from RGF and hand me
over the said amount;

6. I personally received the amount requested in full from Mr. Ildefonso

Torres and Maricel Muji;

7. I had signed their receiving documents and vouchers;

8. Without the knowledge of RGF I used different signatures in signing

the vouchers in acknowledging the vouchers;

9. I hereby acknowledges full responsibility and accountability for any

willful and unlawful misrepresentation and or will full violation
committed by RGF and his companies;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I sign this Deed of Undertaking this ____ of September
