Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dismay at the the service at your Haxton Hall branch

located on 203 Avenue on Friday 15th May.

I am a regular customer and I have been quite satisfied with the support I have

received from your staff. On this particular occasion, however, when I purchased a

blender machine, Bosch MMD42, I was extremely disappointed with the product

itself as well as the behaviour of the shop assistants. They proved to be rather

unhelpul, dismissive and even annoyed when I asked questions regarding the

advantages of a certain product.

Upon my arrival at home I realised the blender did not work properly. Therefore, I

decided to call customer service, but the person who answered my call was impolite

and told me there was nothing to be done about it.

This is why I kindly ask you to replace the product with one of the same brand and

finish at no cost or to refund the full amount that I paid ($35.46, including tax) to my

Frequent Customer account. Furthermore, I expect a letter of apology from the

manager of the Haxton Hall branch as the behaviour of the staff was completely

unacceptable.

I would like to have this problem fixed quickly. If I do not hear from you within 10

days, I will lodge a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs in my state.
