VISUAL MERCHANDISING EXPERIMENT [ MY OBSERVATIONS ]


The observations made by me on visual merchandising experiment , the first
thing is that in the video where the different themes has been followed , there
is also a theme that is representing the country oman. I observed the setup of
two mannequins wearing burqa and also in background on top are the mini
flags stuck. The tricolour flag that is green, red and white represents the
country oman . The T-shirts hanged at the same place has print of the logo of
the oman. The next thing I observed is the display of the garments. The next
theme that I saw was the welcome 2016 that was maybe at the entrance. And
also the theme of valentines day was displayed , with colour combination of
red and white at both men’s and women’s section. At each and every section I
observed displaying of clothes with different contrast colours. Also the rolled
pants , the hanging top wear and combination of different colour sets was
amazing and attracting. The set of colour combination that was attracting was
red and white, blue and white, yellow and black, black and red . and the next
thing was the accessories of women’s section with the handbags and jewellery
was setup in unique way that is it was arranged in colour combination of black
and white, red and white. So overall the displaying of each and every product
was good. Including the kids section and a section where a man mannequin
wearing the dressform of oman. So yes I really liked the visual merchandise
and also I too felt to go and have shopping to that place.
