ABOUT US

The Youth Resource, Development, Education, and Leadership Centre

for African (YORDEL Africa) is a youth focused, non-governmental,
non-profit organisation established with the goal of identifying, training
and equipping the youth who will guarantee the emergence of a new
generation of leaders in Africa that will initiate and play global leadership
roles through the demonstration of responsible leadership behaviour and
the virtues of accountability, moral integrity and dynamic competence.

YORDEL Africa takes into serious consideration the impact that the
enormous potentials, the energy, strength and emotions of the youth could
bear on the development or destruction of any nation and global
implications the neglect of this segment of our population (the youth)
could have in guaranteeing tomorrow’s world. YORDEL Africa
specifically seeks to motivate the youth to demonstrate virtues that will
impact positively on the society.

Promoting responsible leadership as a panacea to Africa’s

underdevelopment thereby guaranteeing tomorrow’s world
through today’s initiative on the youth.

To reach and respond to the needs of African Youths in the area of

formal and non-formal education, health issues including

Goal reproductive health, family life education and HIV/AIDS,

economic empowerment, social, political and human rights
education for the emergence of responsible leadership in Africa.
