Dheya Career Mentors, a premiere Career
WHO WE ARE Guidance and Planning organization in the
country, has built a volunteer community
of more than 1600 trained and certified
senior qualified Career Development
Facilitators in last 12 years, who mentor the
young generation in deciding, planning and
developing the most suitable career goal
and paths.
Dheya has also developed many program,
tools and technology to help the youth, the
rural skill and career development eco-
system for the last 12 years.

When a community of senior professionals as mentors and parents get together with a single aim to build and develop our next generations, it can
change just about everything. It can increase focus on developing children holistically towards achieving great careers that would ensure fulfilled lives.
Today we have a community of ACHIEVERS. Most of them are parents of teenagers themselves with an average of 21 years of work experience in
various fields. Our mentors are scientist, entrepreneurs, designers, authors, Armed forces veterans, Space scientists, Software Professionals, Engineers,
Development professionals, Doctors and Many others.

THE CONCEPT
“CAREER CAFE” ?
Dheya with Prospective Entrepreneurs will set up Career Café in
different LOCATIONS. These career Café will function as nodal centers
which will connect with Local Parent, school, College, and Corporate.
Career Café would have a physical infrastructure of a activity center,
including a classroom and guidance rooms. Career Café would be
manned by 1-2 coordinators and sales staff.
