more than 20 years of corporate experience. She was felicitated prestigious

2014 and has also been featured as “Top 10 Global Diversity Consultants” in the
Global Diversity List 2015,16 &17 published by The Economist& The Guardian.

Rashmi Mandloi,Managing Partner D&I and Research, is a leading Inclusion


Consultant in Asia Pacific. Via her mentoring, coaching and advocacy efforts she has
impacted 5000+ women in the Indian subcontinent She is a respected speaker on
‘Unconscious Bias’ and Inclusive Leadership and also a business and diversity
coach. She has been awarded the 100 Top Global Diversity & Inclusion Leaders by
the World HRD Congress for 2017-18.

Shilpi Singh - Managing Partner, Head - Leadership & Coaching Practices has
more than 20 years of corporate experience. She is also on Board of Swechha, one
of the best known NGOs of India, working in space of environmental issues. Shilpi

amongst the early believers and practitioners of executive coaching in the

Bhairavi Sonowal - Partner, Head - CSR Advisory, is a seasoned healthcare,

Nancy Roongta, Senior Program Manager, brings over 10 years of experience

Nikita Tandon, Assistant Program Manager, joined the team with a keen interest in
