Introduction
Food is essential for life and supplies the body with the nutrients and energy
necessary to stay healthy. Nutrition is a consequence of food, since food once
ingested and processed by the body we call this food, is transformed and used
by it in different biologic processes this is nutrition.
Final Project.
2. Write a composition about the things we can do in order to have a healthier
life. You may include a list of actions and habits that help to have a healthier
life: express what he/she should and shouldn’t eat and drink. Healthy actions
that can be done at home or away from home. Also include other habits you
could suggest for a healthier life.
Sedentary lifestyle only brings inconvenience to our body. Find a way to exercise at
home or play sports outside your home. If this is not possible, go for a walk for at least
half an hour a day, remember that your heart is a muscle that needs to exercise to stay
healthy, just like the rest of the muscles in your body.
Exercises, especially aerobics, help you stay healthy, strong, lose weight, prevent
disease and reduce stress.
At this point it is neccessary to be clear that you do not have to eliminate the
satúrated fat, if you do not control your consumption, you should not eat it every
day.
No smoking
Tobacco is the most preventable cause of death. Smoking can cause heart attacks,
strokes, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, and cancer of the lung, larynx, mouth,
esophagus, bladder, and pancreas, among others.
Junk food generally contains high levels of fats, salt, seasonings, or sugars and
numerous food additives, such as flavor-enhancing monosodium glutamate or
tartrazine.
Mantain normal weight
Excess weight is a serious health problem for many people, since it increases the risk
of developing serious diseases, including heart, stroke, diabetes, cancer and high
blood pressure.
Low weight, on the other hand, is directly related to heart problems, low resistance to
infection, chronic fatigue, anemia, depression, and other illnesses.
These pathologies are avoidable if a balanced diet is taken, the weight is controlled
and a normal and balanced level is maintained. To do this, it is best to change habits,
including food and physical activity.
