Dear Partner - ​ As you know, cyclone Amphan has caused extensive damage and pushed the

tough times further in the lockdown. We understand the difficult situation you might be going
through at this time and are starting initiatives to support you.

We have set up a “Rider Relief Fund” collaborating with customers and donors in the ecosystem
to offer you financial assistance of ​₹​1000/-. This is to support you in your daily household
ration/grocery expenses during this time. To avail this benefit all you need to do is upload your
grocery bill on the app and we would reimburse the amount upto ​₹​1000/-

1. What items would be covered under this program?


- You can get any grocery item like Dal, aata, rice, salt, salt, oil, masala, milk etc
reimbursed

2. Where can I submit the bill & What all needs to be submitted for the
reimbursement?
- To submit the bill go to the ‘Help’ section and click on “Rider Relief Program” under
“Cash Deposit Issues” section to upload the same
- Please follow the below steps to complete your request for reimbursement
- Submit a ticket with grocery bill
- Then Submit a new ticket under same issue with a selfie
The bill must contain name of the shop

3. Can I upload more than one bill?


- Yes, you can upload multiple bills but the total reimbursement amount would be capped
to ​₹​1000/-

4. Are there any conditions to participate in this program?


- All active delivery partners in selected cities are eligible for this program

5. What is the duration of this program?


- Under this program you can upload any grocery bill generated between 25th May to 15th
June.
- Last date to submit the bill would be 15th June.

6. When would I receive the reimbursement amount?


- The amount would be processed within two days of the bill submission
- The amount would be credited to your bank account with three days barring delays of
bank holidays
