to offer you financial assistance of ₹1000/-. This is to support you in your daily household
ration/grocery expenses during this time. To avail this benefit all you need to do is upload your
grocery bill on the app and we would reimburse the amount upto ₹1000/-
2. Where can I submit the bill & What all needs to be submitted for the
reimbursement?
- To submit the bill go to the ‘Help’ section and click on “Rider Relief Program” under
“Cash Deposit Issues” section to upload the same
- Please follow the below steps to complete your request for reimbursement
- Submit a ticket with grocery bill
- Then Submit a new ticket under same issue with a selfie
The bill must contain name of the shop
