Project Information
Every viable business requires a continuous inflow of clients or customers. While
having a business website is advantageous to most type of businesses, the more
important ingredient often overlooked is the actual flow and design of the
website as an effective lead generation tool. A website that excels at getting
visitors to make an enquiry or a purchase at the lowest client/customer
acquisition cost is a valuable asset to any business and to build such a system
requires more than preparing a website with content.

A successful lead generation medium requires proper sales funnel planning with
the right information structure, split testing different content to measure uplift in
engagement, ongoing monitoring of visitor browsing behavior to gather insights
for improvement, analysis of visitor statistics, targeting the right audience
segment and optimizing advertisements with multiple variations to derive the
highest click through so cost of client acquisition is driven to the lowest possible
amount.

A business is only viable when revenue generated exceeds operation costs and
this includes advertising expenses. Without actively measuring results and making
corrections to increase advertising ROI, a website is just a content medium and
will likely fail at its intended commercial purpose which is to generate healthy
profits for a business.

Our proposal for this Personal Trainer lead generation website would incorporate
the development of a website with domain and web hosting, monthly
management of advertising and continuous monitoring and improvement of the
entire visitor journey to maximize visitor leads.

Purpose of this project
To have a website that promotes the business and to collect visitor enquiries.

Deliverables
A fully responsive Wordpress website (Desktop, Tablet and Mobile) with 8 full
content of landing pages targeting different audience segments, 2 pages for
‘About’ and ‘Contact Us’, 3 pages for ‘Terms’, ‘Privacy’ and ‘Disclaimer’ content.

Monthly advertising management services and continuous optimization of sales


funnel to increase conversion rate for enquiries.

Teach Fidie on updating and uploading Wordpress content

Timeframe
Upon commencement of project, website will require 3 weeks of development
work, and advertising can begin 4 days later.

Cost
Website development: RM2,800.00 one time fee
Domain (.com): RM50.00/year
Web Hosting: RM60.00/month
Advertising Budget: RM500-RM1,000 depending on client

Commissions
RM60.00 per genuine lead
*Genuine lead would be someone who has called or submitted an enquiry
through the contact form and enquiring about the services, schedules or fees
pertaining to the services provided.
Project Approach
Will require 2 meet ups at most to discuss industry knowledge such as audience
segments, customer goals and objectives, landing page information, media –
photos/videos.

Will also require frequent communication via phone and/or email for clarification
throughout the development phase of the project.

Risk
 Visitors do not enquire

Remedy
 Monitoring of visitor browsing behavior and change flow or add
different content elements such as a trivia to increase engagement.
 Test with different landing page content
 Advertise to different visitor segments
