● Regular meetings with client until scope finalized
● Addition to scope is allowed if more requirements in

Cost management :
● Detailed bill of quantities and pricing estimates will be
provided
● Weekly CPI reports and S curve graphs will be
provided
● If cost overrun occurs, Contractor has enough
resources to complete project
