Aakash EduTech is looking to on-board an excellent Digital Performance Marketing Manager who can create and
implement digital marketing acquisition plans and strategies for Aakash PG Plus program. It's an opportunity to scale
new brand for one of the fastest growing EdTech company in the country.
Role Description
1. Customer Acquisition
• Drive traffic & conversion for NEET PG program.
• Plan & execute strategies for digital acquisition of customers.
• Manage & Execute campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and
efficient customer acquisition.
2. Analytics
• Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance at social media platforms using tools such as
Google Analytics.
• Analysing no of users & sessions, average session duration, average pages per session, Ratio of
new to returning users, Bounce Rates, Google Ads, search consoles & modifying strategies.
• Mapping the flow of website/ APP visitors to a set of specific funnel steps that result in conversions
or signups.
3. Brand Awareness
• Create and execute strategy to drive awareness and consideration for NEET PG
• Creation and implementation of the monthly/ quarterly/ annual activity calendar.
• Ensure brand consistency in all the marketing activity.
• Make Aakash NEET PG program the preferred choice for students.
Desired Profile:
Essential Qualification:
• Graduate with a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
• Masters or diploma in Marketing & relevant digital media tools.
• Experience with Digital performance marketing responsibility in an EdTech, B2C ecommerce, Technology
or similar consumer & services sector.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge & hands-on experience of performance marketing tools & channels.
• Knowledge & hands-on experience in product marketing.
• Knowledge & hand-on experience in customer engagement tools.
