Paid Media Specialist

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:


 Deep Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, Dynamic etc)
planning and execution
 Expertise in Facebook Ads planning and execution
 Good understanding of web analytics & must have worked on monthly
targets.
 Continuously identify and implement strategies to lower Cost per lead
 Continuously identify new targeting segments with buying high intent
helping in sales conversion
 Gather insights from multiple data sources (e.g. CRM, Operations team etc.)
and make informed decisions to improve performance of search
campaigns.
 Provide Creative copy & graphical suggestions based on PPC concepts,
latest trends & techniques, to achieve the targets.
 Monitor & Keep track of campaign performance through analysis of data &
input from Operation team and optimize & make campaigns ROI - driven
 Plan & Execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring,
targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance
with business goals.
 Generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals
tracking, campaign ROI tracking
 Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including
Google Analytics

Experience & Qualification:


 4-6 years’ Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Facebook Ad
Marketing
 Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
 Google Ad certification a plus.
 Bachelors/Master’s degree preferred
