Describe the ethical challenges faced by organizations operating globally

The global scale operations are complicated as there are various challenges in running the

businesses, which can be associated with social, cultural, or societal difficulties. There are

multiple domains in which the businesses face problems, such as:

 Outsourcing is the challenges in which the partners are made based on the local demands

of the market, like the local partner known the market demand and preferences.

 Working standards and conditions in which the operations needed to be executed required

to be according to the local laws of the host country. It might be weird for international

companies to follow, such as in India, serving meat is not allowed, which might be the

challenge for the American company to mold the menu according to the local demand.

 Human rights and religion can also be the challenge for an international company, as the

middle and upper manager might not be following the religious practices which the

people of the host company are following. The merger can be complicated, as human

resources can be posing significant challenges [ CITATION Jim19 \l 1033 ].

One of the most successful global companies which have effectively exercised the global

competition, McDonald's. The company had molded the strategy according to the local demands

of the menu, such as offering the food to the people that are culturally acceptable to them and

religiously appropriate. Many other companies are doing the same to deal with international

business execution challenges, such as the social media company, such as Facebook, Twitter,

and Toyota [ CITATION Moh193 \l 1033 ].
