This is happened in 2018 (The child´s phenomenon). Usually weather sunny but is
month the February it started a rain what worried. Carnivals will be celebrated but
planes the we the Chiclayanos ruined. Many locations were affected. Food rose in
price. After the rains the government helped build modules for the victims. Rains
often present but no longer with the same intention. At the end, the situation
improved but I was very worried. I thought that phenomenon would not end.
