Sub: Disobedience of order to carry out any official work by Sri Loknath Parichha, Jr.Asst of
Estimating branch

Sir,

With due respect, I am to bring your kind notice that on 28.04.18( Saturday-11.30AM)
Sri Loknath Parichha, Jr.Asst of Estimating branch has behaved indifferently & refused to do any
official correspondence work in presence of other staff. He also asked me “ who are you to
advise me to do any correspondence work & threatened to take action against reporting the
matter to Executive Engineer”. Further it is to intimate that he is a habitual offender in this
regard & several times committed such misbehavior, for which he had been warned by
Competent authority.

In view of above, it is requested to look in to the matter & take appropriate

action for avoiding such recurrence.

Further, I request you to kindly arrange relieve me from additional charge of

Estimator , as it is affecting the supervision & monitoring of various Road & Building works
undergoing in Bansadhara Bridge Sub-Division.
