With a formal background in chemical engineering paired with my proven success in academic and
non-academic, I believe my skills and background make me an excellent fit as Project Intern at your
company. I learned about your company and after visiting your website, I feel challenged for this
oppurtunity and I have immersed myself in your work in consultancy.

I am currently a fresh graduate majoring in chemical engineering. While I have a very strong
analytical and problem solving proven when I was internship at Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang with
achievement of the increase of monthly ammonia production up to 2996 ton. My leadership
experience proven when I was in collage, i was a project officer of Internal League Ikatan Ahli Teknik
Perminyakan Indonesia (IATMI) in 2017 and a head of accommodation of tafakur alam teknik kimia in
2016 help this non-profit organizations to a succesfull project.

There are several reasons why I want to pursue a consulting career. To start with, I think consulting is a
unique opportunity to comprehensively learn about business management by working on a variety of
company situations. I now look forward to learn further about companies’ management at Boston
Consulting Group (BCG). Finally, I want to work in consulting because I truly enjoy interacting with
clients. Throughout my organizational experiences, I have built a successful track record of developing
and maintaining relationships with Pertamina for the Internal league team at Ikatan Ahli Perminyakan
Indonesia. BCG appeals to me for three reasons. To start with, the different people from the company I
have met with all told me they had truly enjoyed their time there. By joining BCG, I therefore think I
would have an opportunity to work with and learn from the best consultants in the industry.
