1.1 Introduction
The navigator program is a small utility that presents the available documentation
in a tree structure. This structure also enables you to navigate through the
documentation and gives you the opportunity to view the selected document.
In most cases the documents are not linked to each other. It is the navigator that
provides the hierarchical structure.

the selected node.

When a document is selected in the tree-structure, it is opened with the ‘open’

command of the operating. This means that file-type association of your own
computer determines what application is used to open the document. Since most
of the provided documentation is in PDF-format (Portable Document Format), we
recommend that you install Adobe Acrobat Reader. This is a free viewer for PDF-
documents that can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com.
After startup, the navigator is placed on the left side of your screen, using the full
height of your screen. If you open a document, the Acrobat application is
automatically aligned with the navigator filling the rest of your screen. This is also
the case with the internet explorer, after you opened a HTML document.

Troubleshooting
Only the drawings and parts lists are opened.
Cause: When the files are placed on a network and the location of the file is opened
through an e-mail link, the reference to the standard manual parts is not correct.
Solution: Use explorer to browse to the correct location.
