Answer 1:
Trilogy established recruiting techniques are:
 Recruit freshest workforce.
 Prefer college recruits.
 Provide opportunity to the top recruits for travelling with spouse to Austin for 3
days.
 Grueling interviews are accompanied with fun activities like mountain climbing
or laser tagging.
 Reach out to those recruits who are unable to make trips.
Answer 2:
The elements of Trilogy’s culture that really appeals to the kind of employees it seeks are that it
offers the following to its employees:
 No dress code
 Firm sponsors trips and events
 Well-stocked kitchen
 3 days visit with spouse for enjoyment
 Fun activities are part of job.
 Workforce average age is 26
 Socializing opportunity helps build strong bond between employees
 Employees are allowed to alter their working hours
The elements communicated by Trilogy to job prospects help in creating a friendly and casual
working environment as all the elements in their culture are providing comfort, freedom and
flexibility to the employees which other firms neglect. Employees are not always demanding
high salaries, perks and rewards instead they want much more that is being observed in
Trilogy’s culture. Flexibility, socializing and fun activity culture surely let’s all employees work
together as teams and also provide freedom to achieve the common goals.
Answer 3:
Trilogy would surely be an appealing employer to me as I am currently doing my bachelors and
will be seeking for a job in no time. Finding such a firm who is spending money on trips and
events for employees is rare. Majority of firms who say that people are best resources fail to
actually provide better working conditions and comfort. Trilogy is providing flexible working
hours and a casual working environment with no restrictions of clothing and this is the major
reason I believe it will be appealing employer to me and also there is nothing best then having
an employer with well stocked kitchen.
Answer 4:
Trilogy’s recruiting processes appear to be very appealing and are going well. However, I will
suggest it to use social media as a platform to advertise in order to get attention from potential
candidates. They can start internships for those who are in their final years of graduation, this
will enable students to gain more insight of the firm and later these students can be hired. They
can invest in an application system which keeps a record of all candidates and later can contact
those who were capable but due to lack of positions couldn’t be hired. The referral system can
also be utilized as the existing employees can get suitable employees for the firm. All these
suggestions can surely help in reducing the cost incurred in recruitment.
