Ans1.The different recruiting techniques that trilogys uses are:

it seeks? How does it convey those elements to job prospects?
Ans:
• There is no dress code and employees make their own hours, often very long.
• They tend to socialize together both in the offices well stocked kitchen and on company
sponsored events and trips to places like local dance clubs and retreats in Las Vegas and
Hawaii.
• New recruits are given a few weeks of intensive training specific to the organization so as to
make them more apt for the Work

 He always focusses on the staff functions
 He makes the fantastic environment for the employee that they can easily perform
their best efforts
 He always try to focuson the employee's quality during the time of inspiring
 He always try to do advocacy in favour of the employee convey.
4. What suggestions would you make to Trilogy for improving its recruiting processes.
Ans:4 the recuriting process of trilogy is very nice and effective for all the prospective
applicants here l would to add one thing that will help trilogo If the company training
policy were unbound for that company and the employee would try to be more
productive.
