1. Social Environment – The Sand mining is having a positive impact on the social
environment. About 50 local workers have got employment at the mine. Thus, their
economic condition has improved, as a result of which the children can afford to go
to schools for learning. Only local workers are engaged at the mine. So their original
culture remains undisturbed. That's why the villagers will not migrate to other
places.
