IIEE-CDO TECHNICAL WEBINAR HOUSE RULES

1. Please adhere to the house rules to keep your account in the platform.

2. Your Full Name must appear in your Zoom Account (No Nicknames Allowed!) so we can
determine your attendance for Certificate Purposes.

3. Please upload a 2x2 Formal Profile Picture in your Zoom Account (REQUIRED). Those who don't
have decent pictures will be removed.

4. In accordance to webinar dress code, strictly no wearing of Sando or Sleeveless! Please wear
a Polo Shirt or any IIEE Polo Shirt, if available.

5. In accordance to webinar etiquette, please find comfortable place and Strictly No Lying Down
to Sofa, Bed or the Like.

6. Find a good and comfortable Background.

7. Please MUTE your Microphone while the technical webinar is going on to focus on the
presentation and avoid unnecessary background noise.

8. If you have a question, please type and send it to the Chat box. We will answer your question
during the open forum. Click the Hand icon so the host can recognize that you are asking a
question. Avoid asking question not related to the topic.

9. We are checking your Time Stamp in the webinar. From time to time the Host will capture a
picture. Your Time In and Time Out would be the basis for certificate issuance. Only those who
will stay up to the last portion of the webinar will receive a Certificate.

10. Unable to follow this simple house rules will be the grounds for removal from the Webinar.

GUIDELINES FOR CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE

Certificate request is OPTIONAL! You may attend the webinar and learn for free!

However, for those who will request for a “Certificate of Participation with CPD Credit Units” a
very minimal assessment fee of Php100.00 is required to cover certificate fee and CPD
accreditation. Certificate will be issued upon validation of ACTUAL ZOOM ATTENDANCE.

Below are the options for certificate issuance:

Option 1: Pick-up

Certificate Fee: Php 100.00 (Printed/Hardcopy)

Note: IIEE-CDO Office is still closed until further notice. Please contact 09778134968 or
09057711794 for preferred pickup schedule and location in Cagayan de Oro City.
Option 2: Door-to-door Delivery via LBC

Certificate Fee : Php 100.00

Courier Fee : Php 250.00 Nationwide

Total Fees = Certificate fee + Courier fee (if applicable)

Total Fees = Php 350.00

STEPS AND GUIDELINES FOR CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE: (OPTIONAL)

Step 1: Attend the Webinar via Zoom Cloud Meeting. We will review your Time in and Time out
in this webinar. It will reflect on the Time Stamp of Zoom for us to check if you qualify for
certificate issuance.

Step 2: Please fill out the Certificate Request Form to be provided during the webinar or send us
a formal email at iiee.cdochapter@gmail.com.

Step 3: The Committee will validate your attendance.

Step 4: We will notify you via Email or Phone call if you are eligible for Certificate Issuance. If
qualified, please inform us of your preferred option (Pick-up or Delivery via Courier) and pay the
necessary fee. Payment and Bank Details will be sent to you.

Step 5: Send us the Proof of Payment.

Step 6: Please wait for your certificate to be delivered. Kindly contact us to acknowledge receipt
of delivery.
