A. Distribution transformer
1x25 KVA Distribution transformer, single phase, oil immersed self-cooled, pole mounted, 60Hz, silicon steel core,
conventional with NEA standard losses at ambient temperature. All COPPER winding NOT aluminum. Brand new
with 12 months warranty from delivery date.

B. Accessories for 1 x 25kVA transformer, all US made except for transformer bracket
1 unit Primary fuse cut-out with crossarm bracket
1 unit Lightning arrester with crossarm bracket
1 unit Hot-line clamp
1 unit Hot-line stirrup
1 set Transformer bracket, JFI brand

C. Metering equipment for 1 x 25 KVA transformer

1 unit Kilowatthour meter, KV2c, class 200 with ERC seal
1 unit Meter socket class 200

D. Grounding system
1 unit Ground rod, steel with Copper cladding, ¾” diameter x 3 meters, US made.

QUOTE: P 128,072.00 (lot price), delivered project site

TERMS: 100% Down payment upon receipt of Purchase Order (PO)
VALIDITY: 15 days, subject to confirmation thereafter
DELIVERY: Ex-stock Manila, subject to prior sale; other materials are from Iligan in which delivery is subject to
quarantine conditions.
