OBSERVATIONS:

• Weekly bazars are organized on every Saturday on the Side B footpaths and part roadways near the
construction site.
• The footpaths are 5 feet wide.
• Traffic barriers are found on some part of the footpaths.
• Almost all the residential structures have either commercial spaces(bank, office, etc.) or retail
spaces(shops, vegetable vendor, hotels, etc.)on the ground floor of the structure.

ISSUES:
• The yellow space shown in the elevations are the street vendors who have occupied the footpath and
part road area for setting up their stalls.
• Some areas have very narrow footpath about 3-3.5 feet wide.
• Traffic congestions due to stalls that is gathering crowd that are set up by vendors on the footpath areas.
• Unorganised On-Road parking leads to congestion.
• Lack of maintenance of the drain services during the monsoons leads to water logging in the area.
• The weekly bazars creates a lot of noise pollution in the surrounding area.
• Poor waste management and clean services by the societies.
