At fast pile top should be broken, if the pile head break down at a certain depth during driving the

pile
then the pile should be broken from pile head to the broken portion of pile.

After breaking the pile a steel clamp should be attached. It is noted that the clamp height should not be
higher than 10 mm-20 mm from vertical rebar top.
Cement grout should be used in the clamp and after that the pile should be levelled.
