The XR3 is a high end security product that can be used as a stand alone item or
it can be incorporated within a Securetech security system.

What Does The XR3 Do?

The function of the XR3 is to assist in maintaining the security of your family, your
property and off course yourself. On detecting motion within its monitoring zone:

 the XR3 will send an alarm signal to up to 5 sequenced numbers.

 if set to active, the unit’s internal audible alarm will be triggered at a very
impressive 120 decibels. The alarm will continue until the unit is reset or the
battery fails. The unit can only be reset from your mobile (or other pre-
authorized call numbers) .
 in a Securetech security system, the alarm will cause the lights to come on
within the specified area and will remain on for your specified period.

The XR3 has several unique features not found on competitor models. These
features will give the peace of mind that your family and property are protected
as you go about your day. Some of these unique features include:

 advanced digital processing technology that avoids false motion detection.

Off particular note are that the XR3:
o can compensate for temperature variances. For example, the unit is
able to compensate for temperature variances resulting from tree
shadows and cloud cover.
o compensate for height variances. So your pet dogs and cats can
happily play in your yard without setting off the sensor.
o can be adjusted to avoid detection of motion beyond your specified
distance. If you place it outside your front door, you can set it to avoid
motion detection outside your front boundary.
 the XR3 has a ‘sleep’ mode to extend battery life, which on average is
about 12 months if premium batteries are used.
 the unit is also able to give you a low battery warning giving you ample
time to change over before the unit stops functioning.
 the XR3 has a removable external antenna. When competitor units fall flat,
the XR3 will continue giving you motion detection alarms.
  the self-diagnostic can be set to run at pre-determined intervals. On
completion of the diagnostic, the unit will send a status message to your
mobile.
 Our patented technology allows the XR3 to monitor a 230 degree area
thus increasing the secured area. If employed within a Securetech security
system, you will need fewer XR3s to effectively monitor any defined area.
Most motion detectors only have a 200 degree monitoring angle.
 the XR3 is rated IP66 meaning that it is highly resistant to water and dust
and is protected from high pressure water jets from any direction. Most of our
competitor units are only rated IP65.
