Subject: Detailed Hardware Specs for PACS for TENDER No: 77/2019/MOH
Please find attached detailed hardware specification for PACS hardware and for disaster
recovery/Central PACS/Image Sharing server included with the offer as part of all the options.
Our proposal already includes 100% redundancy with no single point of failure and we commit
to maintain the same over the contract period and if any additional components required to
achieve the same, ICT Health will provide it without any additional cost to MOH.

As we have also offered free PACS software for all other facilities, requesting you to let us know
the number and type of facilities that needed the PACS software. As per the data provided, we
might consider providing the hardware for facilities without any additional cost if ICT Health is
selected for the 14 facilities as part of this tender.

Moreover, please find below high level advantage/differentiator with ICT Health:

 Unlimited number of scans/clinician/radiologist licenses

 Unlimited storage for images for proposed hospitals over 7 years
 Image Sharing with other MOH facilities ( Like Royal/Khoula/Ibra/Nahdha/Sinaw and
other MOH hospitals sharing images in DICOM format)
 IPAD App to review the radiology images from hospital/home(MOH to arrange access
for doctors from home)
 IPHONE App to notify radiologist for new cases arrival. App provides options for
radiologists/staffs/doctors to discuss a study over phone app
 Most experienced in house PACS core developers/programmers based in Muscat office.
This enables us to any required customization/integration onsite
  Free PACS for all other MOH Facilities: Along with this offer we also propose to install
ImageNET 3.0 PACS for all other facilities of Oman (except MOH sites already using ICT
PACS and facilities mentioned in the RFP) without any additional cost to MOH. Required
Hardware should be arranged by MOH.
 Free National PACS/Central PACS/Vendor Neutral Archive: With this offer, we also
propose HINAIX ImageShare as National/Central PACS for whole of MOH Oman
( Supports DICOM/NON-DICOM/HL7/XML ) data without any additional cost. MPLS
connection between facilities and data center to be arranged by MOH. Hardware is
included with the offer.
 Hirining Omanis Staffs to execute this project
 Patient App for citizens is included in the offer. So that patient can get his radiology/Lab
reports on the app ( Integration from Al-Shifa end is also required)
 ICT Health is world leader in PACS, ICT Health’s PACS being used in 150+ facilties
worldwide. Royal/Khoula/Al-Nahdha/Ibra and Sinaw hospital in MOH are already using
the system since many years.
 Portal to upload to referral hospitals: We also offer a Portal to upload patient radiology
images from nearest health Center to any ICT Health PACS enabled sites and for 14
hospitals included in the tender
 ImageNET PhotoApp : This App can be used to store patient paper files in PACS and
patient real time pictures also can be taken and uploaded to PACS.
 ECG Support: Along with offer, we also offer to store and display ECG from any
manufacturer( ECG file should be in DICOM format)
 Free Radiology Information System and Reporting option from PACS
