TASK
2.
Mark: He is a lovely guy, everyone likes him, and he works really well. He has leadership skills,
he takes responsibility from things, and he achieves things. He doesn’t always make good
decisions, he’s not a natural business man, and he doesn’t have business sense. He talks a lot
but sometimes it’s not clear what he’s trying to say, sometimes he doesn’t really know what he
wants to say. He is very hard-working and motivated.
Melody: She has a strong personality, she can be quite aggressive, she gets into a lot
arguments, and she is not very good in the team. The others like her, she’s funny and very
honest, she’s good in motivating people, and she looks more as a leader than a team person.
She gets things done, she is a dure (ardous), she makes decisions, and she gets on and does it,
maybe that it’s because she use to run her own business.
Freddie: He can certainly talk; he went to a private school and a top university, he’s certainly
very fluent, charming, and very intelligent. He is old talk (superficial chatting), he sounds really
good, he’s well educated, but, he doesn’t like making decisions, he talks and talks but what did
he actually decide? What does he do? Other people did the work, not Freddie. He’s a really
bright talented guy, he’s got potential.
Nikita: She’s the opposite of Freddie, she’s very quiet, really serious, but, she gets things done
quietly. She proved that she is a business woman if she can raise half a million dollars for
charity. She’s very focus and determined, she really takes responsibility and makes decisions,
she’s is quiet but she can be a leader. She don’t inspire other people very much, she’s not a
good communicator.

4. I think Nikita, Mark and Melody should go to the final and Freddie should be fired.
