THREE CEOS I KNOW / ADMIRE.

One of the CEOs we admire the most is Steve Jobs because he is Irascible in
character, obsessive personality, absolutely impulsive, a brilliant mind with
many eccentricities and curiosities. He never was interested about money,
he only care about our needs and his relationship with the technology.
Another CEO we admire is Elon Musk because he is so
impulsive and carefully, he is so intelligent and responsible,
he loves technology and how it can help the world, he is looking to better
the future. And finally we chose CEO Mark Zuckerberg because he has
great creativity since he was a kid to create programs to help people
with things they do on a daily basis, he's a person who
doesn't care much about money, also because the one like most of them was
learning from basics but quickly became a genius, he's very dedicated to his
projects, and is very interested in learning new things like languages and
he is a very charitable person who cares about helping with people's
problems as he donates enough money to different organizations.

7 SKILLS / ABILITIES A CEO LEADER SHOULD HAVE:

 Empathy: since it allows to establish affective bonds with others, and by

understanding the different situations of its employees a better communication is
obtained, making the company progress.
 Responsible: when a leader is responsible, he takes his work very seriously, giving
the best of him so that the project can be executed in a perfect way.
 Loyal: Good leaders are faithful to their passions, commitments and principles,
which translates into loyalty to their teams and companies.
 Proactivity: because a good leader does not allow difficult situations to overcome
him, he takes the initiative over his own life and works based on what he believes
can help him to be better.
 Persuasive: in order to succeed in the business world, you need to inspire
confidence and have the capacity for conviction with people.
 Analytical: reflect to make the best decision, a good leader visualizes the possible
outcomes that they will have when making a decision, they do not act on impulse.
 Perseverance: being a persevering person keep trying, no matter how many times
you fail, or even if you have one last chance that you do not know if it will go well
or not, like Elon Musk

Is a classmate that always try to find the best solutions in the work by team, he almost
always try to do his best to overcame the difficults in the homeworks. He is not to much
sociable with all the group but is so resposible and if he can he always try to help others
with doubts about proyects or exams.
