Solution 1:

I am an extroverted leader . I can do lots of things to


leverage my personality to be a more effective leader .
As I have an extrovert personality , so i have many good
qualities to become a effective leader but there are also a
dark side emerge in extrovert personality that becomes
an obstacle on the way of being an effective leader.
Being an extrovert I have many good qualifications such
as expressing feelings freely, networking, making
communication, socially dominant etc. I can develop and
make. use of those qualification more to leverage my
personality. Moreover i have to deal with the dark side of
extraversion , such as being more impulsive , being
absent from work engage in , risky behavior , emotionally
over power a client , over commitment etc, carefully and i
have to overcome or find out an alternative way to cover
up these problems to become an effective leader
leveraging my personality .
Solution 2:

When an extrovert can get the chance of his/her qualities


more such as making communication with people making
network , spreading excitement and enthusiasm,
dominating socially, encouraging followers; the extrovert
can make an effective leadership than introverts.
Moreover when the condition is to being assertive and
bold or dominating taking risk making an instant or
emergency leader extroverts.
Introverts can make effective leader in some situation
because some of their unique abilities .Introverts have
impressive power of better concentration and problem
solving ability . They can make better plan by detailing
things and well thought out . They can act as a buffer or
diplomat , given that they tend to observe behavior from
distance. They don`t push themselves forward and have
a realistic view of their abilities and patience. They think
more before taking a step or doing anything . All this
abilities make introverts effective leaders in many
situations.
Solution 3:

Introverts have some problems in leadership situations


such as they are not that good at making communication
and networking , calm, less outgoing feel uncomfortable
in social gather and giving presentation face problems
while making followers motivate , excited or enthusiasm.
Introverts can overcome all these problem by applying
some techniques. They can balance out their weakness
by learning from extroverts and hiring some extrovert
employs to cover up the natural shyness and weakness of
an introverts . Introverts should be trunk about their
proclivities by declaring or explaining themselves about
their shyness before people feel discomfort around
introverts behavior.
Introvert leader need push themselves to be more
assertive when it`s appropriate . Owning own
introversion by setting own terms , congratulate own self
and enhancing confidence . Applying all these techniques
introverts can overcome their problems.
Solution 4:

Both personal and professional development would be


specially valuable for introverted leader .
I think , introverts can make personal development by
developing a positive overall view of their temperament a
personality and learning to acknowledge things they find
difficult without piling on the self-criticism. They should
distinguish between introversion and lack of confidence
and adopt a growth mindset to develop personal
development .
For professional development introverts should
experiencing some important things such as preparing
themselves for pitching and achieving good result from it,
having meaningful conversation instead of gossiping,
making network who are important for business and
personal life instead of everyone , focusing on listening
instead of talking , researching on their own and
professional world , creating a work environment
conducive to their nature and making more use of their
own abilities .
Experiences of personal and professional development
would really be valuable for introvert leaders.

ION
In leadership roles extroverts with their
energy connection to people , achieve
engagement and enthusiasm are noticed
more than introverts who are typically more
reserved but still have lots of qualities to be
an effective leader . Extroverts get attention
while introverts prefer to get achievement .
Both extroverts and introverts can become
effective leader by using their abilities
properly, overcoming their problem applying
technique and considering situations.

SUMMARY
People expects and imaging leaders as a dynamic
and who can cultivate relationship with a broad
number of people . These are all hull marks of the
extroverted personality. So it is mostly seen that
extroverts rise to leadership. Though extroverts
sounds like wonderfully interactive people , a dark
side also emerge . Though extroverts have lots of
quality to become leader but in many situations
introverts suits well performs better and makes
better leadership . In fact introverts leaders can be
more effective than extroverts in certain
circumstances. Extroverts can make a good
leadership if they can overcome their problems on
the contrary introverts can make a better leadership
if they find out an alternative way to cover their
natural shyness or Reservedness.
