Using their student portal account, students must pre-register the subjects they can enroll in their course program for the current semester. Please refer to the memo for the enrolment procedure of irregular students with / without Request for Waiver of Pre-requisite / Academic Overload, Below is the online registration schedule per college. Old Professional Education Students will have their pre-registration on July 20-21, 2020. a. Those who would not be able to pre-register on these dates, need to contact the Office of the Dean to facilitate their enrolment. b. Payment of necessary fees can be facilitated through online or onsite (TSU Cashier) from Tuesday — Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. ©. Once registration has been validated through payment of necessary fees, the student can now to view and print his/her schedule. 4d. A student must be officially enrolled to participate in classes, e.g., join groups, submit papers, or take exams, Only students who are officially enrolled are entitled to grades at the end of the semester or term, e. Deadline of payment of fees is on 4 September 2020. £ Note: Failure to pay on the prescribed date of payment of fees, pre-registered students will be deleted from the course. 6. Colleges will set internal schedule as to year level, program and may use whitelist/blacklist 7. It is advisable to give due consideration/accommodation to higher year level in the online enrolment scheduling for subjects that they need to enroll. 8. Monitoring of online registration will be done by the respective colleges. 9. Schedules MUST be set before July 20, 2020 for the MISO in-charge to check for setup requirements.
