Answer:
The stakeholders of the Online Order Management System for
Digital Product are as follows: -
1. Admin (Website)
2. Manager (Business)
3. Sellers
4. Customer
5. Banking System
6. Database Developer

Question #02
Identify overlapping/conflicting requirements?
Answer:
1. The customer directly enters his/her email , phone number
for verification to signup/login to buy or sell on the website .
2. English language is not understandable by every customers
so system may be multi-language.
3. In case of return of online purchase what is the refund policy
for the order.
4. In case of any compliant/help what is the policy on
compliant/help.
Question #03
How to resolve these conflicts?
Answer:
1. The interview with stakeholders results in the decision that
the customer directly uses his/her email and phone number
for verification.
2. Web gives option to the customer of translating the web page
so multi-language feature is also possible.
3. The refund policy of Online purchase in case of return is
none. At the time of purchase, Order summary will be
displayed before initiating transaction.
4. Customer feedback portal will be integrated into website
