You are on page 1of 1

EagleNation,

We hope this communication finds you well. We have created a presentation style communication that
highlights our Return to Learn plan with our Unit 8 families with audio. We also have attached our full Return
to Learn plan that is over 30 pages long that goes into more specifics. We genuinely appreciate your patience
with us. We hope that once you see the level of specificity that has been provided, the thought and
consideration given to the important details, and the voices of many involved throughout the process, we think
you will understand why it took us some additional time. We would hope we have provided you with a little
solace in that our district is working tirelessly to be prepared for all 3 scenarios and whatever "curveballs" are
thrown our way. We have an extensive plan and now we have a document that our individual buildings can use
to develop their building-specific plans moving forward. The building level teams will begin meeting next week
and go through a similar process that we followed at the district level to prepare for our children and staff for
the student's first day of school on August 19th.

Linked below are three items:

1. A voice over recording of the highlights of our Return to Learn Plan (Please start with this, as it will
provide some insight as you read the guidance document) I apologize in advance for the length, but
there is much to share.
2. The full 30+ page document that was created via various committees meetings/collaboration
3. The highlight document in case you can’t get the audio to play

We appreciate your support and trust in us, as we work through this process together. This year will present us
all with new challenges to overcome, but I know there is no other district I'd rather be serving in such difficult
times than the children and families of EagleNation.

Sincerely,

Jill
