RE: Year 13 Online Subject Evening – Wednesday 22nd November 2023

We would like to invite you to attend our virtual Year 13 Subject evening on Wednesday 22nd November between
3.30-7pm.

The school uses an intuitive and easy to use online appointment booking system called School-Cloud. This allows
you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming these. If your
child has more than one teacher for a particular subject then please only book with one. If needed, students can
be directed by teachers as to who the appointment should be with.
If you have a more general concern relating to your child which is not related to a particular subject, please
contact the Head of Year 13, Mrs C. Leslie via email at cleslie@tchs.org.uk to arrange an appointment.

Appointments can be made from 9am on Wednesday 25th October. We advise parents and guardians to book in
good time to ensure they do not miss out on appointments. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate
separate meetings with all teachers outside of this date. The booking system will close on Wednesday 22nd
November at 1pm .

How to book appointments

Please visit https://trinitychs.schoolcloud.co.uk to book your appointments.

Log in with the following information:

• Title
• First Name (if this doesn’t work then try the first initial of your first name)
• Surname
• Email address
• Child’s first name
• Child’s last name
• Child’s date of birth
Once you have logged into the system, you will then need to book appointments with your child’s class teachers,

to do this.

During the Subject evening

On the day, please follow the guidance links below in order to join the video calls. We very much hope that the IT
runs smoothly for both parties. We are not predicting technical difficulties but we ask you to bear with us should
they emerge and rest assured that we will make alternative arrangements should these be needed.
