Objectives for the strategy:
The objective of this type of group is to try to reflect on bad practices and
take as an example the strategies that have worked for others, always having
a reflective teacher's attitude, for each time being better, since recognizing
that the support of other colleagues and their experiences, are valuable tools
to seek solutions to different problems that we live in our school context, both
in our exercise as teachers, as well as to detect difficulties experienced by our
students.

Introduction for the strategy: The support groups for teachers are ideal
for teaching, because they can share ideas or discuss issues that are
important to their work, while maintaining a position of mutual support and
receive advice or constructive criticism, from a perspective of wanting to grow
in this area, this kind of group will succeed as intended, because their effort
will be reflected in the quality of students that will be achieved in the near
future.

Conclusions
(Write conclusions about the use of the strategy in the teacher development)

Working whit teacher suppor groups, tis a good strategy when it comes to
analyzing school scenarios, because sharing experiences make us see the
reality of things, and if we do not see it, the others will make us see it,
respecting of course, the positions of each one, but in terms of feedback,
concluding in the end what worked for us and what needs to be corrected,
since the goal of being part of this kind of group is that although having
different points of view, we will help each other to come to our senses, to be
better teachers

In general, when talking about strategies in the educational context, it will

always be taken into account that they are implemented in order to improve,
both in the exercise and as a teacher, as well as the desire to find solutions to
different problems that students present daily, are ways to step forward to the
hypotheses that we formulate preventing the problems from increasing
