About us
Dight International Chambers has come into being after 30 years of
struggle in the Indian job market involving workers, employees, private
and government entities.
Dight is dedicated to work regarding statutory benefits for employees,
workers or laborers for that matter.
Dight believes that employers are hardly guilty of any labor non-
compliance, but unable to avoid such situations coming up time to time.
Dight aims for Livelihood upliftment through mobilization of concerned
stakeholders.
Due to inadequate awareness about statutory benefits, whether
mandatory or otherwise a major segment of our society is deprived and
thus restricts their growth as desired. Dight is prepared to take up this as
a challenge and make a difference to our society.

Workforce facilitation for residential societies in Delhi-NCR for improved eco-system with “WIN ALL” approach.
Residents’ take:
• Can enjoy maximum work days from your maid, cook, governess, driver, aya and all those who takes a monthly cash
remuneration from residents by engagement of extra workforce
• Society controlled uniformity in discipline for all workers in the society
• Medical emergency of workers are taken care by ESI enrolment
• Regular employment benefits lead to overall satisfaction for residents as well as workers
• Income tax exemption benefits can be extended in due course
RWA’s take:
• Uniform discipline can be implemented for all workers as per society recommendation
• Centralised monitoring lead to overall satisfaction for residents as well as workers
• Can enjoy maximum work days from your guard, housekeeping, Gardner, plumber, electrician etc. by engagement of
extra workforce in due course
• Income tax exemption benefits on maintenance charges can be utilised proportionately for workers’ welfare in due

Transformation
Workforce transformation process from “as is” to “to be”.
Residents’ awareness:
• RWA office bearers inform the proposed solution in a general meeting
• Processing fees to start with may be proposed to be Rs.50/- only per occupant resident per month
• Gradually the residents can enjoy income tax exemption benefits as may be applicable
• Engagement of extra manpower as leave-backup may be decided by society
• All charges / extra charges payable by residents as per use can be transferred to our a/c by pay by date, as may be
decided by the residential society concerned
On boarding process:
• On receipt of KYC details, we create the requisite database for multiple receipts for single monthly transfer
• Residents start transferring payable amount against worker’s adhar number into our PayTM link
• On receipt of all payables for a particular worker, we transfer the in-hand amount to the worker’s bank a/c
• Statutory deductions are processed for transfer to concerned authority before due date as prescribed
• After all transfers for a month is complete, we can send a statement to the society for records
