About us
 Dight International Chambers has come into being after 30 years of
struggle in the Indian job market involving workers, employees, private
and government entities.
 Dight is dedicated to work regarding statutory benefits for employees,
workers or laborers for that matter.
 Dight believes that employers are hardly guilty of any labor non-
compliance, but unable to avoid such situations coming up time to time.

Problem Statement
• All residents, especially housewives, know that how difficult it is to manage without this maid on any given day!
• Also must have experienced, how difficult it is to find a replacement immediately, that too at what cost!!
• We believe that anyone will be keen to grab any offer for an auto mode replacement availability without wait!!!

The difference we can make


• To provide replacement on maximum of these off days, we’ve to engage extra maids for all services.
• The cost implications, obviously, shall be expected to be compensated by the fellow residents only.
• Further to make it feasible and acceptable for the workers, it may be preferably handled centrally by the society.
• To avoid statutory obligations, the society may consider to outsource.
• However, the society also need to secure statutory benefits for the workers with adequate awareness through
outsource service provider.
• It’s only matter of time that the workers start realizing the differences in their livelihood and remain spirited to extend
desired services with due respect to their fellow workers, as against looking at each other as deadly competitors.

Residents’ awareness:
• RWA office bearers inform the proposed solution in a general meeting
• Processing fees to start with may be proposed to be Rs.50/- only per occupant resident per month
• Gradually the residents can enjoy income tax exemption benefits as may be applicable
• Engagement of extra manpower as leave-backup may be decided by society
• All charges / extra charges payable by residents as per use can be transferred to our a/c by pay by date, as may be
decided by the residential society concerned

RWA’s intimation to the workers:


• The RWA office bearers can intimate the decision to workers rather than seeking any consent
• Example can be given for transformation from receiving cash in multiple instance to single day monthly payment
• All workers need to provide KYC requirements immediately, such as PAN, ADHAR, Adhar linked bank details, Adhar
linked mobile number
• All workers are likely to enjoy statutory benefits, which the society shall ensure for them

On boarding process:
• On receipt of KYC details, we create the requisite database for multiple receipts for single monthly transfer
• Residents start transferring payable amount against worker’s adhar number into our PayTM link
• On receipt of all payables for a particular worker, we transfer the in-hand amount to the worker’s bank a/c
• Statutory deductions are processed for transfer to concerned authority before due date as prescribed
• After all transfers for a month is complete, we can send a statement to the society for records
