1. Where would you change the setting to size slides for A4 paper?
The Slide Size button in the Design tab of the Ribbon.

2. Briefly explain what you would do if you needed to run a presentation on another computer and you
are not sure whether it has PowerPoint installed. (You cannot e-mail the presentation!)
Package the presentation for CD.

1. Name three different ways to start a slide show.
 Press F5 on the keyboard
 Use the Slide show view button.
 Select a start slide show option on the start slide show group on the slide show tab
on the Ribbon.

2. Do you have to open PowerPoint to start a slide show?

NO

3. During a slide show how would you navigate to:

 The last slide?
Right click on the screen, select see all slides and select the last slide.
 The Michael Jackson slide?
Right click on the screen, select see all slides and select the Michael Jackson slide.

4. What tool would you use to emphasise a specific point during a slide show? How would you access
it?
Right click on a slide. Select pointer options and choose a pointer. Click and drag to use the
pointer.
