• The organization has to customize all of its features and operations according to Wilmont’s which
is a VERY LARGE SCOPE and hence the uniqueness, Complexity and risk is VERY HIGH.
• It’s a small firm and is looking to develop a relationship with drugstores nationwide and Wilmont’s
may be the big break , hence the significance of this project which aims at striking a contract with
