Position:  ​Management  Intern  (Strategy,  Marketing,  Program  Management  - 
Recruitment)  
 
Hiring  is  a  big  challenge  for  all  rapidly  growing startups. We at Dunzo, want to address this 
as  a  growth  problem,  just  like  customer  acquisition  rather  than  tackling  this  as  a 
circumstantial  problem.  We  would  like  to use data to establish how we find the best talent, 
optimize hiring funnel, increase conversion and be able to promote it just like one would do 
"growth hacking"! 

Overview​:  

We  are  looking  for  a  smart,  enthusiastic  and  self-motivated  individual  who  can  work 
independently.  The  individual  must  have  the  ability  to  think  on  their  feet,  strategize 
effectively  and  unblock  challenges  effectively.  With  immense  opportunity  to  thrive  in  a 
challenging  environment,  solve  complex  problems  and  build  relationships  with  talented 
and motivating team-members.  

Roles and Responsibilities: 

● Analyze  market  scenarios  along  with  internal  data  and  build  a  hiring  strategy  to 
attract the best talent at Dunzo 
● Analyze and streamline the hiring funnel - sourcing, interview process to conversion 
● Optimize  bottlenecks,  construct  and  enhance  the  hiring  process  to  boost 
conversion 
● Strategize  for  alternate  sourcing  and  hiring  practices  for a sustainable and scalable 
hiring experience at Dunzo 
● Build  and  implement  a  marketing  strategy  to  make  it  attractive  to  be  able  to  hire 
the best talent 
● Escalate branding strategy for all potential hires, especially technology at Dunzo 
 
Skills and Qualifications:  
● Ability to deal with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities 
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
● Passionate about Dunzo and the problems we are solving 
● A Strong strategic and problem solving outlook 
● Hardworking, dependable and a diligent individual 
● Immaculate understanding of required positions and their suitable fitments 
● MBA from top tier university 

Duration and Stipend:  

Minimum 3 months. potential to convert to full-time 

30-50k/month
